Oh boy!

Wow, have I been a blog slacker lately!! So here it is to catch up on a few things!!! Yippee to my whole three readers!! Thanks MOM!! ha ha Anyway, to kick it off, we went to the park today with Jenasen's bestie Miley!!

Toward the end of our party at the park, this is what we caught Jenasen doing!!! She had found a twix in my bag and got it out of the wrapper and was going to town on it!!! She thought it was delicious... well, they are!! Cute kid!!

HOGLE ZOO

Here is our trip to Hogle Zoo!!! ooooohhh!! Jenasen was not thrilled... she didn't sleep much the night before so she was a bit testy!! HA!! MY little girl testy? Noooo!!



One of the last animals we saw were the Black Bears... she LOVED them!! It was the only time she smiled and she just started saying "beh" "beh" So now she says bear when you ask her to. Pretty cute!

Slacker

Alright, this is for Ashley!! She says she is sick of looking at my blog and seeing the same thing!! I am sorry! I have been a slacker!! So, hmmm things that have been going on lately? Jenasen is growing so fast!! It was just yesterday I was holding her tiny little rolly body! Now she is a crawling professional! She talks non stop! One of her favorite things to do is point, at EVERYTHING!! And of course, playing with her bud Justin!

Justin is such a cutie!! I just love the little booger! Jenasen also loves playing with Naomi! Poor Naomi! Jenasen wants to play with her but she just isnt big enough yet! So, she gets whacked in the head quite frequently! LOL
I have been trying to really get serious with my etsy shop... I decided to make it all baby and toddler stuff! I am pretty excited! I have done a bunch of baby frames (Heather don't sue me!) And Hooded Towels, I am doing appliques on onesies! And my biggest thing right now are ABC blocks!! They are a lot of work but so much fun!! And they are selling like hot cakes! woohoo! And of course I can't stop making my butterfly clips!! They sell well also! I just got some new ones that are tiny for little babies!! They will be up shortly! :) I am hoping to enter in the Labor Day celebration booths in Wellsville! Hopefully Heather too! PARTAY!
Since Curtis has been working everyday lately, I have been going to church with my Mom on sundays... I definitely feel the blessings...
I could not help but to put up a pic of Naomi!! I can't believe she still curls up this well! I took this on Sunday! She is such a smiley happy little girl!

Alright, I have so much racing through my mind... I am not sure where to even start. This past month sure has been a crazy one! I have not been too busy but a lot has happened. It has really been a long month in a way... I could complain about all that has happened and be mad and sad. But I decided I want this post to be more of what I am thankful for. In no particular order, here are the things I am thankful for.

My little brother Jaren, what can I say? He is so funny and smart! He doesn't know it but he is such a great example of kindness. He is one of my best friends. I love having him come over and visit me! I hope he never gets too cool to hang out with his big Sis.

I am so greatful that I was able to graduate from college, fat and pregnant, but I did it!! Just in time to relax for a month before my sweet Jenasen was born.

My beautiful little girl. My life was not complete without her. I look at her and marvel. Oh how sweet life is.

Ha ha ha!! A shout out to my MOM!! I love how she supports me in EVERYTHING I do! I am a nut I know!! My Dad does too! (He was there but I couldn't find a pic of all of us.)

I have hands down, the most wonderful husband in the WORLD! I just know we were meant to be. He loves me even when no one else around does. (or when I think they don't) ;) He is such a great Daddy, and works so hard to provide for our family. He is my Lobster... (those of you who watch friends will get that)

My beautiful little sister. Who would have known we could grow up and become besties?! (Well, Mom knew but we won't tell her we were listening) She has come so far and is such an amazing Mother, Wife, Friend and Sister. I am so proud of her, and am thankful to have her in my life.

The most wonderful parents in the world are mine! My Mom is an inspiration and my Dad, well he is the best! I was sent to this earth to be raised by the greatest parents! The understand me! And love me thru my Britney Spears 'Episodes' ha ha ha! I would not trade the world for what they have given me.... My life is WONDERFUL.

I also have a lot of amazing friends out there! ( you know who you are!) Thanks to all of you who have helped me become who I am today. I am so glad for all the blessings in my life!
No doubt those of you who know, this blog was somewhat prompted by the unexpected death of Curtis' cousin. Life is so fragile. Don't let a moment go by without letting those you love, know it. Be thankful for what you have. My prayers go out to the Jensen's, they are such a wonderful loving family.

Late Memorial Day...

Lately I have been thinking a lot about the man holding me in this picture... That's my Grandpa Greg. I miss him so much! It is crazy to me that he has been gone almost 7 years... It still feels like yesterday to me. He use to take me fishing, I LOVED it! I remember one time I had just got a new Mickey Mouse pole and he was showing me how to use it... See Cassie, you just push this and throw it!! Well, I am sure he didn't really mean to throw my pole!! He went running into the water after it! It was pretty deep too! Funny guy. He also use to take me to the park and practice golfing. Those were the days...
I am sure he didn't truly know the impact his death would have on our family, but he knew we would be okay; and we are. Miss you Grandpa!

WARNING!!! Venting...must be hormones!

Okay so I am always trying to understand why people think that it is soooo funny to use the word retard? I know certain people just think that I am way too over sensitive about it but those are people that I don't want to be around. It really pisses me off! And now on facebook there is a new app to see how "retarded" you are. What?!! Why can't they see how offensive it is? That is the ugliest word I have ever heard! And what a lame test! I guess if you need to take it then you must not be too sure about yourself... then they have these cute pictures of Special Needs people when you take the test and post it... I am sure people think they are just hilarious... What would these rude people do if they had a Special Needs child? Then how would they feel? Why does it have to take that to make people think twice about what they say?
Grrrr.... I don't even know what to say, I just needed to vent! LOL!!

And now I would like you to meet my totally awesome family!!! They are more 'normal' than a lot of the people that I have met in my lifetime... They work, they go to school, and pretty much take care of themselves! They are so SMART! They would never hurt anyone and don't judge others by what's on the outside... actually they are a pretty good judge of what kind of person you are on the inside!
